Green smoothies are an additional element to our daily diet. It doesn't prevent or contradict any of our eating habits. It is there for a better welfare of our body. According to my own experience, green smoothies have brought a lot of change to me: Not only physical but also mental and even spiritual. Introducing a green smoothie recipe to your daily diet is a major step in self-control and health care.

My best time of making and consuming green smoothies is the morning. I just mix a combo of leafy green vegetables like kale, Arugula, Collar greens, Cabbage, Bokchory, Spinach, Romain, Lettuce....., fruits such as bananas, oranges..., and liquid-base like water, almond milk, coconut water, coconut milk and fresh-squeezed juice. Finally, adding spices like ginger and cinnamon can provide antioxidants and other health benefits. After a few days of experiencing green smoothie, I started feeling the great difference. I got rid of all the laziness and lethargy we usually feel in the morning. No more coffees or any other stimulants we need to boost our bodies in the morning. Unlike processed, sugary products, green smoothies have no highs followed by depressing lows.
